Your transaction coordinator will be available to help you throughout the entire loan process, and will assist Julie in getting your loan closed as quickly as possible. She may contact you if there are additional items needed from you for submisson. Along with Julie, she will be available in case you need anything.

Your team will also provide your insurance carrier with the necessary information to prepare your homeowner's insurance for closing.  Please contact us at least 10 days before closing with the name and phone number of your chosen insurer.
